I like the ease and elegance. Eating out in the shade.

I'm lucky enough to live near Lund and sometimes go to Vipan and eat dishes prepared by the students there. Appearance wise, this was a big shot and it was good also said those who ate it.

There is hope for the future.

Sometimes you have to get together and grill a little even though it's cold and wet. The smoke development was strong. Coal and wood were damp after standing over the winter.

Eating very little meat nowadays so both grilling and food was a shock to the system. But it all ended eventually. Maybe it was a little too much wine. Coughing some too.

Summer is a lot of grilling. It's simple food, but good. Experimenting this summer with different vegetables. It's amazing how the grill can produce different flavors.
