My latest delight is veggie buns. You can't call them burgers if they're not meat. Something I'm also experimenting with is grilled root vegetables. Not everything is great, but always useful. I make my veggie buns with corn as a base. I have noticed that it works well. But I'm going to do some experiments during the barbecue season.

We'll see how it goes.
